When becoming a Pointcarre user, you simultaneously subscribe to our maintenance, which gives you access to many services from the Pointcarre team. This Contract is renewed each year to give you the most of the Pointcarre software along the years.

 

 

 

 

The Pointcarre Maintenance : a Hot Line allows you to call our technical team at any time during the day to help you on your work on Pointcarré. You can also exchange files via email or by mail so that our design team can help solve your problems directly on your file.

 

 

A new version of the software is made available to you each year.

 

Pointcarre supplies you with the User’s Manual when installing the software in your premises. The manuals are regularly updated according to the new developments.
